These conditions shall be subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany at the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Cologne shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising from this contractual relationship and the performance thereof – including disputes in connection with check, currency-exchange, and document processing.
